PSYCHIATRIC HEALTH UNIT SUPERVISOR FAIRFIELD MEDICAL CENTER, a 222 plus bed facility is seeking a dedicated professional responsible for supervision of the day-to-day functions of the 6th North Psychiatric Department. This individual will focus on the areas of budget, accountabilities, disciplinary, scheduling, hiring, performance appraisals, orientation/goal setting education and will also provide direct patient care according to the nursing standards of practice for inpatient psychiatric care. A Bachelors of Science in Nursing is required with a valid license to practice in the State of Ohio. Four to five years recent experience in hospital mental health care required.
