PT Administrator

This is a fantastic temporary job opportunity with my Public Sector client based on the outskirts of Camberley. This post, as a PT Administrator, is a great opportunity for someone with a Admin/Reception background. With an anticipated length of 4-6 weeks this position is best suited to an individual looking to move into a new role and to maintain a continuous employment history.

The role itself is working within a medium size team (Approx 15) and the post holder will be charged with providing end-to-end support for the individuals who utilise the service. Responsibilities will include:
- Answering the main phone line and transferring calls
- Logging of service user information
- Other Ad hoc administrative duties

To be the ideal candidate for this role you will have a positive mindset, be fully conversant with Microsoft office and you will be currently looking to take on a varied and challenging role. Preferable attributes include, previous administration experience and previous office based coordination experience.
