Performs administrative tasks to support the operations group. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 5 + years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to the Operations Supervisor.

Qualifications need to be title experience along with customer service skills, typing skills of 45 wpm, Microsoft, Word, Excel experience along with: Performs administrative tasks to support the operations group. Effectively communicate trends to the operation group as identified by the attorney network in a timely manner.
Escalatev high impact issues to Mgmt / Sr. Mgmt in a timely manner.
Track issuesv daily as received through daily workflow.
Receive high volume of phonevv calls and e-mails daily from an assigned state portfolio and assign as needed based on the issue type.
Communicate with the attorney network within 24v hours of receipt of the request.
Process daily reports and lists asv assigned by the business.
Assist other team members as needed to reducev backlog.
Cross train with other team member to assist with additionalv states and clients.
Other duties / tasks as assigned by supervisor /v management.

Basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a productionv environment with minimum daily required requests completed.
Self starterv who requires little supervision to complete daily tasks and duties.
Customer Service Experience in a high call and e-mail volume environment.v

Strong time management skills. Ability to "Shift Gears" quickly and seamlessly.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.v
Familiarityv with the mortgage industry, preferably in the default arena.
Shifts will be 4 to 9 and must be flexible with hour during training period.
