P/T senior payroll

An exciting job opportunity for a temporary part time senior payroll professional has arisen in central Bournemouth. Working in a dynamic office environment for a vibrant company who specialise in providing financial solutions.
 
Working in busy payroll department with circa 300 employees, your duties would include:
Ensure all payroll and employee information is accurate, up to date and on time, including accurate calculation of all payroll information, bonus, overtime, deductions etc starters, leavers, changes to contracts PAYE/NIC payments salary sacrifice schemes statutory payroll returns, P60s, P11Ds Process and deal with HMRC payroll queries as required Oversee all holiday details from the self-service system Provide advice and support to payroll related queries Preparation of payroll related reports Preparation of payroll related accounting entries Reconciliation of all payroll deductions Introduction of RTI and Auto EnrolmentThe successful candidate should be an experienced payroll professional with experience of using the Sage payroll system, be fully excel literate and able to use pivot tables and V look ups. It will be of benefit to have worked with RTI systems in the past.
