PT Team Leader
Seeking a PART TIME SHIFT TEAM LEADER:
Team Leader for a group of PPI Complaint Handlers is needed for a 6 month contract to work for one the UK's large retail banks. Purpose of the role is to drive and deliver an exceptional complaint resolution performance, through powerful leadership and coaching with passionate customer service and the performance development of the team. You will also be driving the quality of complaint cases within your team, ensuring that they adhere to standards set by Customer Relations and the Financial Service Authority.
Monday to Friday working 17:30 - 22:30 paying £20 an hour.
