You will be dealing with customers at various stages of their debt solution process to offer them further solutions to get them debt free quicker or take more information from and deal with their queries.
Individuals will need high accuracy and attention to detail to record information on the system
You will need to have a confident and personable phone manner
Successful candidates will have proven experience of listening and understanding customers to provide the best service to them.
Candidates who have experience in up selling would be advantageous.
