Public Relations Summary: Responsible for coordinating projects related to media initiatives, community investment, and employee communications efforts. Cable West Division Tasks: - Manages the organization, documentation, and publication of all customer-impacting content and communications. - Assists in coordinating with content providers in the design and development of job aids, learning tools, and other communications to enhance user effectiveness. - Reviews and edits early drafts of communications materials to ensure content meets established communications standards, guidelines, and appropriate messaging before publication; forwards to appropriate personnel for final stages of review. - Maintains existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance. - Maintains and enters data and information into user feedback reporting databases/reports. - Participates in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance. - Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Additional Tasks: - Tracking all Foundation, cash and in-kind support of community investment activities for all beneficiaries. - Media clips and reporting efforts - monitor, compile and distribute West Division, field and industry related media clips regarding proactive/reactive media efforts. - Maintain West Division Intranet site. - Assist in coordinating community investment efforts and manage reporting for the West Division including: Comcast Cares Day, the United Way campaign and the Leaders and Achievers Scholarship Program.
