Job description
The BAO Business Analyst is directly accountable/responsible for successful delivery of Public Sector process transformation and change management initiatives. The Business Analyst will also have direct involvement in business case development and performance measurement. It will be essential that the Business Analyst have a understanding of public sector industry and operations. This individual provides hands-on leadership, direction, and mentoring to the team as well as manages client relationships throughout the full lifecycle.
Position requires candidates to be willing and able to travel up to 100%.

Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years experience in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities
- At least 3 years experience in managing requirements based on established industry best practices
- At least 3 years experience in generating process documentation (high-level process models, use case diagrams, business and system use cases and realizations, activity diagrams, workstream diagrams, etc.)
- At least 3 years experience in planning and conducting requirements elicitation sessions with client SMEs: requirements definition and mapping
- At least 3 years experience in test strategy/plan definition, scenario, and script development
- At least 3 years experience in writing/guiding the development of test scripts to validate that requirements have been met
- At least 3 years experience in establishing and maintaining requirements traceability throughout the lifecycle of an implementation project
- At least 3 years experience in case management and/or contact center processes/best practices
- Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Fluent
Preferred
- At least 2 years experience in using Rational RequisitePro, ClearQuest, RSA modeling tools (or WebSphere Business Modeler)
- At least 2 years experience in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition reporting and/or Oracle BI Publisher reporting Certifications: OBIEE, Informatica
- Certified in PMP
