Job description
The Business Analyst is directly accountable/responsible for successful delivery of Public Sector EIM process transformation and change management initiatives. The Business Analyst will also have direct involvement in business case development and performance measurement. It will be essential that the Business Analyst have a understanding of Healtchcare industry and operations. This individual provides hands-on leadership, direction, and mentoring to the team as well as manages client relationships throughout the full lifecycle. Position requires candidates to be willing and able to travel up to 100%.

Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years experience in consulting firm with consulting responsibilities
- At least 4 years experience in work streams or engagements involving process transformation and change management initiatives
- At least 4 years experience in process definition, analysis, design, and implementation
- At least 4 years experience in requirements definition and mapping
- At least 4 years experience in test strategy/plan definition, scenario, and script development
- At least 4 years experience in management of UAT execution
- At least 4 years experience in change management planning through implementation
- At least 4 years experience in hands-on developed project deliverables - formal/structured methodology
- At least 4 years experience in working within the Healthcare Industry
- Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- English: Fluent
