A large Electrical Firm in Wigan are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant

You will have experience of dealing with high volume ledgers whilst also being able to communicate well with fellow workers and suppliers

This is a full time, permanent position.

The Purchase Ledger assistant’s role will generally include:

• Purchase queries
• Enter credit notes – checking and matching against purchase returns debit notes
• Debit notes
• Check through Proforma invoices to make sure all invoices are entered
• Create supplier accounts
• Complete supplier account application forms
• Print off monthly invoice activity for file
• Statement reconciliation
• Check expenses petty cash receipts transfer relevant purchase orders to history
• Filing matching purchase invoices delivery notes when required
• Enter purchase invoices when required
