They are looking for highly talented individuals with strong commitment to cost cutting and a consistent record of top performance and exposure in planning, costing, FPA and general analytical areas. Candidates must have superior stakeholder management skills, strong presentation skills and the dynamic to gain exposure across the group.
You will be responsible for the monitoring and reporting on costs including analysing cost trends and drivers and assist business in cost management from the forecasting and control point of view. You will be expected to carry out performance analysis, reviews in support of business-as-usual operations and management decision-making. Your duties will include performing financial variance analysis and critical perspective around performance and cost trends, developing insight into the key cost drivers, providing commentary of performance that are informative and insightful, and identifying key issues for follow-up action. There is opportunity to participate in cost and performance process studies and improvements as well as system enhancements. You will consistently look to improve / evolve the MI and KPIs used by the business globally to ensure they continue to be relevant and effective tools for managing performance. You will be tasked to provide support to cost accounting, allocation, billing, reconciliation, management reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual budget planning and control. In addition, the successful candidate will undertake special projects as and when required by management.
