Purchase Ledger/ Office Junior

A leading manufacturing company based in Swansea, are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their vibrant team. This is an excellent opportunity for a vivacious individual to join a growing and successful business.
Duties
-Maintain a Purchase Ordering (PO) system for all goods / services ordered
-Assume responsibility for receipt of all supplier invoices
-Enter supplier invoices and credits promptly onto IT system
-Ensure familiarity with Nominal Ledger coding and ensure that all Invoices are correctly recorded
-Prepare invoices for payment
-Identify invoices that need paid promptly and within credit terms
-Help out with Payroll
-Assist with some Credit control
-Day to day office duties

Person Specification:
You should be bright, vivacious and professional with an enthusiasm to work hard. Experience of Sage line 50 is essential. Someone studying towards their AAT would be desirable but not essential. This role is for someone who enjoys working within a team.
