An opportunity has arisen for an aspiring individual to join a successful and fast expanding organisation. Acting as a central point of contact for all purchase card related matters.The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing spend through the purchase ledger, verifying charges, ensuring receipts, invoices and all other reporting documentation is recorded, preparation of VAT journals. maintain accurate account assignment for each card, accurate cost allocation of monthly uploads.
You must have excellent excel skills (pivot tables, Vlookups), exceptional customer service skills, ability to simply complex processes, experience of managing purchase card through online systems, ability to liaise with suppliers and employees.
