Python Developer – Analytics, Banking recruitment
StoneCastle is looking for a solid Python Developer with Java or C# Experience
If you love Python, you will love this role.
Python Developer Requirements:
Some Python experience.
Java or C++ or C# experience .
SQL, Database Design.
Experience in the financial services industry.
Highly Technical with the ability to pick up any project and run with it.
Math proficiency. (you will be dealing with a lot of formulas)
Around 5-7 years of experience. (Sernior candidates may also apply)
BS in Computer Science, MS preferred.
Pluses:
Fixed Income or Financial Analytics experience.
Mysql, Sybase or PL/SQL stored procedure experience.
Unix or Mac OSX development experience..
Web Development experience.
Unit testing/Continuous Integration
Python Pylons Framework.
Job Description:
You will be joining an exciting dynamic development team at a small prestigious financial services firm. Your first project will be on our Bank Analytics systems which supports our cash management business (one of the highest growing industries today). The firm’s current concentration is on Fixed Income (cash products, treasuries, AAA bonds), investment in financial institutions and bank analytics. You will have a critical role on the direction of the business and its technology.
