Job description

As QC Manager, you provides leadership in the development, implementation and maintenance of all key Quality Control related programs.

For this, you will have following responsibilities:

- Manage a team of laboratory supervisors/coordinators

- Motivate employees toward operational excellence and respect of Good Manufacturing Practices

- Analytical troubleshooting and problem solving for laboratory activities

- Guarantee and defend laboratory regulatory compliance

- Insure the development, management, approval and coordination of the QC program in compliance with global cGMPs, Division Procedures and applicable Regulations

- Provide technical expertise and support to the development of manufacturing systems and processes

- Assist in the implementation of new/upgraded manufacturing processes

- Key player in global interactions within the international division

Requirements

With a Master or PhD degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or (bio)chemistry, you have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager in the pharmaceutical industry.

You are analytical and conscient of details. You are very sensitive to the risks of deviations, however you also keep in mind the business aspect of production. With a strong scientific background, you are also a real leader and team player and have excellent communication and project management skills.

You are fluent in English and in French
