QC Manager, South of Netherlands
For one of my clients, a contract manufacturer for the pharmaceutical industry, I'm looking for a QC manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing of the QC department in terms of the operational duties
- Training the QC team in terms of GMP compliance
- Responsible for the correct dataflow
- Overseeing the harmonization of QC methods and processes The QC Manager within this growing company will be responsible for approximately 10 people. It's a cGMP certified site where the main activity is the culturing of human cells and tissue. There's approximately 50 people working for the company and due to the growth in their client portfolio they are looking to expand their team.
Requirements:
- fluent in English both written and oral
- At least HBO (higher level) or university degree in Biology / comparable
- A solid experience in people management
- Experience with QC assays and techniques
- Knowledge of Dutch is a preference
