Within ServiceLink, the Quality Control Group is responsible for reviewing the work of appraisers and real estate brokers to ensure they are meeting ServiceLink’s Collateral Risk Standards and remediating the issues identified. The Quality Control Reviewer will be a member of a client specific team responsible for reviewing reports in accordance with federal, state, and client specific guidelines.

Key Qualities: appraisal review, analytical skills, underwriting experience, research skills, excellent communication skills, tenacious but team-spirited attitude, Microsoft Office skills, interest and ability to learn new skills and acquire new knowledge.
 

Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience in the banking, mortgage lending, underwriting or servicing business

The ability to maintain a positive, professional business relationship with Clients, Vendors and Internal Staff
Basic understanding of the company's business practices
Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, etc.)
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills (written and oral)
Detail oriented
Strong influencing/interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
