The opportunity for an experienced QHSE Engineer to join a leading defence organisation has opened. Being a QHSE Engineer you'll be required to maintain and provide an excellent quality of service within a large UK company.
A division of a world leading specialist Electronics Company is looking for a QHSE Engineer to join their expanding team in Staffordshire to implement and develop processes and procedures to satisfy the quality requirements of the business management systems.
Responsibilities:
As QHSE Engineer, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
• To provide QA support to the business.
• To conduct 1st and 2nd party audits and act as a guide to 3rd party audits.
• To manage non-conformances, corrective actions and preventative actions to closure.
• To Generate and undertake product and process reviews.
• All quality related matters on assigned programmes.
• Customer interface on all quality related requirements.
• To ensure customer quality requirements are fully understood.
• To produce Quality Plans, first article inspections, test witnessing and product release activities.
• To participate at design reviews and gate reviews.
You'll
• You'll have experience of a similar role ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• You'll have experience of Quality systems within a manufacturing/electronic environment.
• Ideally you'll be educated to a degree standard or equivalent.
• Auditing experience of ISO9001:2008, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.
