QI & Fatca: Client documentation advisory – Team lead recruitment

Reporting into the Documentation Advisory Service Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the review and analysis of account opening documentation, as well as the monitoring of the team’s productivity.

Responsibilities, as a team manager:

• Perform the analysis, codification and control of the QI, FATCA, Tax matter for Simple and complex Account Opening documentation cases and meet deadlines.

• Advice Front office and internal partner in matter of QI, FATCA, Tax regulation

• Systematically keep informed of regulations, law, internal regulations changes etc. that are concerned with the activity of the team, FATCA and other TAX rules/guidelines

• Monitor and report on the team productivity, develop the team spirit and the konwledge

Profile:

• Degree level: BA, HES or equivalent, law degree etc.

• Experience in international Private Banking / Wealth management

• Very good knowledge in QI, TAX

• Language : French, English fluent,
