Quality Assurance Associate recruitment
As a member of the Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for:
- Establish quality management framework and procedures for Technology team, including assuming the role of a document librarian.
- Manage the audit process with internal and external auditors. This includes coordinating the audit meetings, recording findings and action points, providing an independent assessment of the audit findings and reviewing the draft management comments.
- Manage the IT Policy deviation process which includes reviewing of the deviation forms and providing an independent assessment of the mitigation actions and residual risks.
- Monitor, review and report on action plans to address audit issues, technology risks and IT policy deviations.
- Conduct quality process audits and reviews for IT solutions development and IT operations to identify risks/gaps and recommend areas for improvements.
Requirements
You must have a Bachelor degree in Information Systems/Computer Science.
You should have at least 3-5 years' relevant experience in the development of IT processes and conducting process reviews and audits.
Familiar with quality standards and models including the ISO standards and ITIL framework will be an added advantage.
Good teamwork, strong analytical ability, good interpersonal and communications skills are also pre-requisites. Creativity with drive and initiatives to improve the current process are added advantages for the role.
