Join a world-class team and be responsible for designing Performance Test Automation for various financial applications. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, designing, creating, executing and maintaining Performance Test Automation framework. This role requires the ability to be a hands-on tester using automated tools, and also implementing best practices to ensure the software works as expected.
Job Functions:
• Work with IT Leadership team along with multiple teams to define agile performance testing strategies that enhances agile development practices.
• Define strategies to standardize the use of QA performance tools and processes based on quality assurance standards and best practices across multiple platforms.
• Design and Implement performance testing strategies across multiple projects and IT platforms based on the industry's best practices and standards.
• Develop performance test plan, and then assess test readiness and conduct performance test in various assign test environments by working closely with various technology teams to make sure all appropriate resources from various team are engage in successful test run.
• Prepare performance test results, summary and recommendations documentation.
• Troubleshoot performance testing bottlenecks across multiple layers of an application and coordinate with the various team members on defects or enhancements to ensure proper escalation and follow up.

Must have Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field and 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing using HP Performance Center (HP Load Runner) and Business Process Monitor (BPM).
• Hands on experience in Performance testing especially Fixed Income Trading or Financial applications.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Performance Testing Methodologies and Best Practices.
• Ability to plan and manage Performance Testing, including test plans preparation test reports.
• Experience in performance test estimation process along with ability to independently design, develop, maintain and execute Performance Test Scripts.
• Should have worked on different HP Performance Center and HP Load Runner protocol bundles (e.g. Database, Web, Network, .Net, and Remote Access).
• Ability to setup performance monitors and adding performance counters using monitoring tools like HP BPM for performance metrics collection during performance test executions.
• Ability to analyze and identify performance bottlenecks and make recommendations (Profiling Diagnostics, CPU/Memory/IO utilization etc).
• Knowledge in monitoring tools like BPM/BAC
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
