Quality Assurance Job in Depew 14043, New York US
Our client, a large financial institution, located in Depew, NY has 6 month contract Compliance opportunities available. The start date is April 9th and the pay rate is $21/hr. The shift will be Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm. Randstad offers access to benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k, plus weekly pay and direct deposit.
Job Summary:
To perform quality assurance reviews of KYC (Know Your Customer) information maintained in customer accounts.
To perform quality assurance reviews by reviewing customer information maintained on various bank systems and documenting the results.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Requirements:
Experience in audits, compliance, regulatory and/or financial services operations.
Good interpersonal, organizational, communications, and analytical skills are required.
Candidate should have a proficiency with personal computers and pertinent mainframe systems and software packages.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Professional resume and at least 2 positive, professional work references.
