A major food/beverage manufacturing company is looking to immediately fill the position of Quality Assurance Manager at their facility located in IN.

 

Requirements

            * Bachelor’s Degree  in associated field, i.e. microbiology, biology, food science

            * Must be HACCP Certified

            * Minimum Four years Supervisory/Management experience

            * Experience with cooked meat products/Ready To Eat

            * Proficient with GMP, HACCP, Allergen programs, labeling

            * History of interaction w/Customer and Consumers on Complaints

            * Facility spokesperson for on-site USDA

            * Facility contact for 3rd party audits during inspections and reviews of the plant

            * Development of the attainment and certification of BRC  within the Global Food Safety Initiative

            * Ensuring facility is in compliance with Federal and State Regulations, Laws, and Guidelines

 

Salary is up to70k + relocation assistance
