Quality Assurance Manager, Products & Marketing recruitment

The role of a Quality Assurance Manager is to ensure all customer driven principles are included in all product, process and promotional design activity.  The focus is on maintaining levels of enhanced competence ensuring compliance with the Training and Accreditation framework and providing support to all product areas across Product and Marketing to ensure compliance with all Operational and Regulatory Governance.

All Marketing activity must adhere to the principles of treating customers fairly and this role is key to ensuring there is a clear audit trail for the regulators.

You will be accountable for the implementation of the new Quality Assurance process into Marketing, embedding the new role and the process along with responsibility for developing management information and providing weekly reports which will be presented at Marketing Communications meetings. You will also have accountability for the implementation of Basel legislation, Sarbanes-Oxley and Operational Risk policy across marketing communications, ensuring a consistent understanding and approach is taken.

To be successful in this role you will need a broad marketing background covering brand management, business strategy and above the line marketing as well as good media planning, direct marketing and sales promotional skills.

It is also essential that you have a LLB or equivalent law degree qualification.
