Quality Control Complaints Executive
We are seeking to recruit a Quality Control Complaints Executive to work in a leading software and financial services company.
Working in the complaints department you will carry out independent appraisal of the company's customer complaints to ascertain compliance with business processes, policies, mandates and standards.
Qualifications Experience
- Educated to GCSE level Maths and English grades C or above
- Financial planning certificate
- Knowledge and understanding of FSA rules and guidance
- Awareness of FSA complaints process
- Experience of financial servicing complaint handling
- Experience in a quality checking/ assurance or audit background
