About the Job
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for pre-pour checks of forms, steel and cast-in materials to verify proper tolerances. He/She also conducts post-pour inspections of overall dimensions, cambers, inserts, and surface conditions. Additional duties include performing stressing operations, maintaining accurate and detailed records, recommending improvements, and communicating with operations personnel to insure effective and efficient product completion.
• A minimum three (3) years of experience in precast manufacturing, fabrication or construction.
• High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree in a related technical field is preferred.
• Ability to identify, prioritize and resolve project issues.
• PCI Levels I II and/or ACI certifications required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Windows based programs (Microsoft Office, etc).
