The client I am representing is looking for a Quality Engineer to join an expanding department that supply into multiple OEM's. They have a well established name in the market for delivering high quality automotive parts and can offer long term progression and stability for the right candidate.
The responsibilities of the role are;
- Responsible for coaching and developing engineers in the team
- Involvement with the NPI process
- Day to day problem resolution activities
- Customer facing role that is able to handle and issues
The requirements for the role are;
- Strong automotive background
- Fully conversant with PPAP, APQP PSW
- Ability to coach and mentor team members
- Strong customer facing skills
