·        You must have a strong work history in a manufacturing environment.

·        You must have a verifiable Technical 4 yr degree from an accredited college (not online)    Technical degree strongly preferred

·        You must have significant experience with Manufacturing processes that could include welding, stamping, painting, and related hydraulics/ pneumatics

·        You must have experience with problem-solving of daily manufacturing problems

·        You must be knowledgeable about quality systems, metrics and measurement tools

·        You must be a problem-solver and a strong trouble-shooter

·        You must have experience with Quality programs and development of policies in a high speed, high volume Lean Manufacturing operation.

·        You must be professional and present a strong image.

·        You must have a stable and documented work history.

·        You must be familiar with Cost Improvement techniques

·        You must have verifiable references

·        You should be CQE certified or able to get certification with in a year

·        Experience developing Quality systems for new product or develop improvement s to current.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:  This Company is a manufacturing operation of consumer goods industry. The company supplies mechanical assemblies. They are expanding and upgrading. The company has a need for qualified individuals to support production by providing technical expertise to improve production flow and efficiency and to maximize “uptime” and efficiencies of operation. The position supports and maintains plant wide Quality.

REQUIREMENTS:  The Company requires a BS Technical degree and a minimum of 5 years experience or a Graduate degree and 3 years experience. Experience dealing with high speed production in a high volume manufacturing facility is required. Required experience includes previous on-the-floor experience. Experience with manufacturing processes, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems are necessary. Company is seeking individuals with the capability to develop or refine manufacturing processes systems and programs consistent with maximum uptime and productivity.

COMPENSATION:    High: $78,000 

                                     Low $60,000
