Quality Inspector
QUALITY INSPECTOR – ELECTRONICS
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: 30-35K per annum
We are currently searching for an Electronics Quality Inspector, on behalf of a specialist electronics manufacturing services organisation.
Client
Have a multi-disciplined engineering team with skills covering all manufacturing techniques for PCB Boards including mechanical, cabling, design, final assembly and packaging.
They are also market experts within RoHS. One of very few contractors with the RoHS Kitemark.
Role/ requirements:
The primary purpose of the role is to provide support and expert knowledge across the UK businesses in all areas of the electronics manufacturing environment. This includes all aspects of QA / QC and improvement of process efficiency and quality levels. Experience in most of the following would be required:
Continually update quality system and strive to find new ways to improve processes.
Experience within a ISO 9001 and/ or ISA 13484 environment
IPC 610
Keep fully documented test records and a full audit trail of customers' Bills of Materials and changes.
Facilitate full traceability on components in order that customers can deal with any problems in the field efficiently.
