Account Executive

Eagle is looking for an Account Executive/Sales Consultant to help drive our continued growth.

The Opportunity: Eagle requires an individual with an engaging personality and polished customer relationship skills. Responsibilities will include:

·         Management of complex, multi-buyer, high-ticket sales, from initial contact to final contract as may be assigned to you.

·         Development of deep and important relationships with influencers and decision-makers, plus an intimate awareness of the customer’s organizational and market strategies.

·         Recognition, pursuit, capture and development of new opportunities that map the capabilities of Eagle to the needs of the client.

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of success that attests to success in these key responsibilities.

 

Compensation is competitive. It is a combination of base and performance bonus, set by yearly targets. Bonus is uncapped.

 

The Work Requirements:

This position requires a moderate amount of travel with the understanding that travel is absolutely required for initial training, and when market urgencies and opportunities arise.

Schedule flexibility is required.

 

Business to business sales requires performance and timely response, as defined by the customer’s timeclock. This initial understanding is paramount.

 

Experience and Qualifications:

·         4-year college degree

·         Previous account management experience, preferably exceeding six years, three years minimum

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Polished appearance and group presentation skills

·         Experience in managing complex consultative sales, longer sales cycles

·         Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite

·         Ability and flexibility to travel        

·         Experience selling services and/or other intangible products is a plus

·         Experience with business technology and systems, e.g. CRM, is a plus
