Quality Oversight
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a quality assurance officer to join an exciting and fast paced team for a Remediation and PPI Programme. The role is a temporary position based in Milton Keynes.
This role involves:
· Provide early and ongoing oversight on areas of policy and/or process change
· Drive immediate action to ensure wider scale remediation or re-work is not required where issues are identified
· Provide assurance that any remedial activity is delivered via QC Forum
· Provide support and coaching to the Operations on areas of change
· Monitor improvements and inform policy approach
· Provide early assurance that QC (Tier 1) is delivering effectively
· Provide assurance on bespoke areas of concern to understand if wider action is required
· Day to day tracking of Quality Oversight activities
· Assisting in collating, reviewing and distributing Quality Oversight outputs in a timely manner with the relevant audience.
· Manage the logging of issues from each forum/management meeting and ensuring all actions undertaken effectively and timely.
· Liaise with all relevant internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in complaint handling and advising of issues
The successful candidate will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills; excellent analytical, interpretation, influencing and communication skills; ability to communicate and network effectively and influence senior management and external parties.
