• Manages multiple supervisors or managers; oversees larger quality initiatives. Maintains appropriate staffing requirements to meet operational needs. Manages all training and development needs for assigned personnel. • Integrates subject matter and industry expertise of Foreclosure, Modifications, Bankruptcy, Short Sale, etc. within a defined area. Applies in-depth understanding of how these areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function; and, requires basic commercial awareness. Must have broad and comprehensive knowledge of default servicing and loan origination experience, to include account life cycle from origination underwriting to resolution of servicing activities. • Evaluates the effectiveness of processes and control points within the default servicing cradle to grave process based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations. Ensures essential procedures are followed. Contributes to defining standards around which others will operate. Conduct detailed analysis and propose action plans to mitigate risk within all facets of default servicing and originations where the best course of action is not evident from the information available, but actions must be recommended/ taken. • Responsibility for planning, budgeting and policy formulation related but not limited to Bank Foreclosure, Loan Book out, and Loss Mitigation policies that may put the Company at Risk and recommends solutions to process gaps. Involved in short-term planning resource planning. Evaluates subordinates' performance and makes recommendations for pay increases, hiring, terminations and other personnel actions. • Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers from the Regulatory, GSE, internal audits, and external counsel, etc.

BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience. Senior level experience in a related role commensurate people management experience. 6-10 years of Underwriting/Default Servicing/Audit experience, 1-3 years of management experience. Candidate must have strong organizational and analytical skills. Candidate must be a team player, capable of working independently, and be flexible. Thorough knowledge of automated systems and Default Servicing Department guidelines. Experienced with report reconciliation and various loan data systems. Ability to mentor and train others. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
