Quality Systems Data Document Processor – Hertfordshire
Opportunity:
This job opportunity is for all the quality assurance systems documents controllers out there looking for a new position. This is a brand new potion that has become available for a growing medical device / pharmaceutical company.
Your role as Quality Assurance Systems Data Document Processor / Controller based in Hertfordshire will involve providing robust and accurate support to the pharmaceutical Quality Systems Team in data managing and document control for quality systems.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of document control system – both paper and electronic.
- Co-ordination of documentation control activities, liaising with appropriate personnel to progress updates, approvals, with responsibility for publishing, distributing and filing/archiving of complete Quality System Documents.
- Support database data inputting.
- Review data and monitor data trends to support Management Review Process.
- To ensure that all administrative activities within the department are GMP compliant.
Skills:
To apply for the role of Quality Systems Data Document Processor / Controller you will have the following:
- IT literate with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
- Experience in the Quality Assurance of Pharmaceuticals/Medical Devices, or a related regulated environment (GXP compliance).
- GCSE English, Maths and Science (or equivalent) – Grade C or above.
