Quantity Surveyor
This leading consultancy firm is looking to recruit a Capital Allowances Consultant to work within their London headquarters. The consultancy is particularly well regarded within the property and infrastructural consultancy business and provides a broad range of services. These include quantity surveying, project management and management consultancy.
Within this role you will join a niche team that supports the property tax and capital allowances function. The role will involve cost planning, replacement cost estimates, land valuations and identifying market premiums in order to provide the service.
For this role you will need post graduate experience working as a Quantity Surveyor and cost planning skills. We are looking for people looking to become chartered.
