Quantity Surveyor Job in Bristol Bs324sy, South West Uk
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor within this organisations Bristol office. The role will involve supporting Senior Surveyors on a variety of projects within various sectors that will include power and utilities.
You will match the following criteria:
* Knowledge of Quantity Surveying within Civil Engineering / Infrastructure;
* Knowledge in use of and knowledge of NEC3 suite of contracts;
* Track record at delivering or assisting in delivering projects to time and budget;
* Demonstrate a highly motivated, pro active approach to clients;
* A courteous manner with a high level of professionalism;
* Good communication skills;
* Have a conscientious and attentive attitude to work at all times;
* Qualified in Quantity Surveying or in the final stages of reaching that qualification;
* Working towards professional qualifications (APC);
* A full driving licence and prepared to travel as required;
* IT literate with an understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook;
* Knowledge of Nuclear/Power knowledge desirable but not essential
