Ratings Steward/Data Manager recruitment

Standard Poor's Data Strategy Operations (DSO) group is currently seeking to hire a Data Manager focused on Ratings Stewardship.  The Data Strategy Operations group leverages data management best practice to improve the sophistication of SP's analytical data capabilities in areas such as surveillance, quantitative analysis, product development and risk management.  Within and across each of the Data Strategy Operations pillars are global teams of people with expertise in data management who work together to make data and information efficiently available for analytical activities and for new products and services, and work closely with IT to build and maintain critical database systems utilizing SP-wide technology and architecture standards.  This role is aligned with initiatives around Quality, Criteria, Compliance, and Risk.  Selected individual will work closely with members of Ratings Analytical and Information Technology teams to understand business requirements for consuming ratings data as well as ensuring business rules and governance to improve accuracy and efficiencies.
