RDR Programme Manager recruitment

A Tier one banking client is looking to recruit a Programme Manager with knowledge of RDR (Retail Distribution Review). This Programme manager is required to manage and fulfil all of the changes to the businesses that need to occur due to this regulatory change.

Key responsibilities of this programme manager will be:

-To deliver and plan the program initiatives from start to the end of the process

-Be responsible for deliveries against the agreed scope, budget and timeline

-Developing strong relationships throughout the various business functions analysing current methods of implementing change related to compliance creating a new framework for RDR.

The chosen Programme manager will have in depth knowledge of 'retail distribution review' and be a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the project, implementing this not only in the organisation and project but bringing other team members up to speed on this change regulation and process.
