Senior Credit Manager recruitment

Major Responsibilities

Portfolio Management
- Assist SCO together with business units to manage the loan portfolio and bad debt forecast
- Ensure robustness of EAR process
- Monitor compliance with credit policy and business strategy

Risk Management
- Provide guidance to business units on the preparation of quality credit applications
- Ensure no overdue reviews and credit applications are approved within the appropriated delegated credit authority
- Understand borrower's strategic priorities, opportunities, risks and requirement through regular customer contact (including factory and site visits) with business units
- Monitor quality of portfolio with proactive response to various external factors and conduct stress testing and portfolio reviews where appropriate

Credit Monitoring and Control
- Review past due and excesses on regular basis to ensure that appropriate and timely actions are undertaken by business units
- Identify possible streamlining to enhance the effectiveness of the credit monitoring and control process

Others
- Undertake projects from SCO, RCO and Head OCC as and when required
- Support on regulatory reporting and other Governance related aspects within the Team.

Qualifications Skills

To succeed in this position, you should be Degree holder with many years of relevant work experience.
