Description
Reporting to a Team Leader, the Construction Loan Administrator (CLA) is responsible for the detailed analysis of project budgets, documentation review and verification of funds for disbursement. The focus of the construction loan administration process is to ensure compliance with the loan documentation relating to construction loans with a primary focus on the monthly loan draw process. The CLA must meet tight deadlines relating to the draws and will assist multiple teams of Real Estate Officers. The incumbent must efficiently manage the process and competing demands relating to same. The CLA must form alliances with relationship managers to provide excellent service to client base.
Qualifications
BA or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience in Real Estate loan administration. 10 years of experience preferred.
