Our client is a leading Private Equity fund with a global presence. They are involved in various areas with one being Real Estate. They have many investments across the world, of which some are London based.
This small team is now looking to add an analyst where you will be invovled in asset management and acquisition. To be considered for this role you must match the following specification.
Experience:
* 1-3 years;
* Real Estate sector knowledge;
* Advanced DCF modelling;
* Advanced Excel skills;
* Working with senior asset managers
* Analysing existing portfolios.
They are looking for a individual that is looking for a move into a role where you can grow and work alongside some top industry professionals.
