SoftPro has an opening for a Real Estate Industry Support Analyst in our Raleigh, NC office. We have two positions available: 1st shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Mon-Fri) and 2nd shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Mon-Fri). Please indicate which shift you would be interested in when you apply.
In this position you will be responsible for:
Job Description
- Providing industry support via phone and remote software for all SoftPro applications and utilities to resolve outstanding issues.
- Assisting SoftPro customers with various tasks, including but not limited to, HUD/file balancing, Title, reconciliation, and other related pieces of the Real Estate closing process.
- Documenting each call and its resolution thoroughly and accurately.
- Providing a high level of customer service to each customer he/she works with at all times.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
· The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and feel comfortable working in a high-paced team environment.
· Experience with the Real Estate closing and Title Insurance procedures.
· This candidate must be familiar/comfortable with working in the Microsoft Windows operating system and applications.
· Willing to learn our software package on many different types of network environments including Terminal Services, Citrix, Peer-to-Peer, and Network-Client.
· Previous SoftPro experience is a plus.
· 2 years of previous Customer Service experience
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Associates degree, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
