The role is to assist this entrepreneurial investor to establish a number of new property funds:

The individual will be responsible for:

- structuring and establishing real estate funds

- fund strategy: formulation and implementation

- business development and fund promotion to investors 

- establishing the best structure and juristiction, appointing advisors, business and sales planning

- potentially creating structured property bonds, fractions and syndicates
