The role is to assist this entrepreneurial investor to establish a number of new property funds: The individual will be responsible for: – structuring and establishing real estate funds – fund strategy: formulation and implementation – business development and fund promotion to investors – establishing the best structure and juristiction, appointing advisors, business and sales planning – potentially creating structured property bonds, fractions and syndicates
