Overview:
The role is a new one and is to support the existing Real Estate Lending Specialist within Deutsche Bank's Private Wealth Management division based in the City of London.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be required to focus predominantly on high end value residential real estate in central London, Paris, Cote d'Azur and the Alps as well as trophy commercial real estate principally in London and Paris. The role involves advising the group on real estate markets and property trends, underwriting live transactions including the setting of lending ratios, running the property due diligence process including the appointment of external valuers and portfolio monitoring.
You will have:
Valuation experience in both residential and commercial real estate preferably with a bias towards loan security valuations
Working knowledge of the Prime Central London residential market
Strong analytical skills and the ability to underwrite transactions
a sound understanding of the RICS Red Book
You will be:
A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS)
Able to speak French ideally
Expected to travel, principally in Europe
