Real Estate Private Banking in Brussels recruitment
My client a Belgian International Bank.
Together, we are are looking looking for a french speaking Real Estate specialist in order to join their Private Banking department.
Based in their Brussels office, you will be responsible for looking after the accounts function for their portfolio of investments.
You will be expected to:
Understand investment structures, mortgage documents, development agreements, partnership agreements...
Perform financial due diligence with persons within the Private Banking Team, as well as third parties, commercial private bankers, portfollio managers, legal counsel, etc.
Interact with independent external auditors, tax practitioners, deal and fund level counsel.

You will need:
A relevant university degree in law or economics A
An experience of +/- 5 years minimum in real estate
An experience should be obtained in Belgium or Luxemburg
Being fluent in French and English
