Important investments confirm la BIL as a centre of reference for the International Wealth Management, with two centres of expertise, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
On behalf of our private banking teams in Luxembourg, we are currently recruiting a
Private Equity - Real Estate Manager (M/F).
Your tasks:
- Gather information on private equity and real estate markets.
- Follow major movements and trends on these markets in order to anticipate and prepare future developments.
- Analyze this information in order to capture interesting market ideas and opportunities.
- Capture the needs of our Wealth Management clients in terms of PE and RE.
- Be responsible for selection of PE and RE funds according to our internal selection process to complete our Wealth Management offer.
- Monitor the selected funds on an ongoing basis.
- Make PE and RE investment proposals to our Wealth Management clients in collaboration with other financial and structuring specialists.
- Use your network (investment banks, asset managers) and your partnership capacities in order to broaden the Wealth Management offering.
- Be in contact with external experts on the field on a regular basis.
Your competence profil :
- Master in Business administration, finance or accounting.
- Experience in Private Banking and/or Investment/corporate Banking.
- Technical due diligence and Analysis capabilities (investment guidelines, …).
- Very good knowledge in Market Products.
- Fluent in English is required. Knowing another language as French is required. Any other language is an advantage.
- Client oriented and commercial attitude.
- Comfortable with numbers and solid knowledge base of financial concepts.
- Team spirit and good knowledge of the professional environment.
