Associate/Assistant Vice President (Shanghai Office)
They are looking for an Associate or Assistant Vice President level candidateto join the Research and Strategic Planning team in Shanghai, focusing on the Real Estate China / PRC market.
Responsbilities of the role:
Provide the investment team with the information that facilitates effective investment management decisions.
Provide inputs in areas of risk management, investment policy and strategy recommendations.
Prepare house views and forecasts
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Economics or related discipline, with a few years' relevant experience in Real Estate research
- Strong analytical skills, and the ability to understand and interpret macro-economics conditions and their impact on real estate trends and the investment markets.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Team player with good analytical, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English and Mandarin (speaking, reading and writing)
