ur client, a well established firm in the Commercial Banking sector is seeking to ad a Real EstateRestructuring Officer to their Property Finance team in London
The Role
The Real Estate Restructuring Officer will be responsible for supporting line management in the Property Finance team in Commercial Banking in London. The role holder will be responsible for the the effective co-ordination of the team and to provide coaching and support to junior colleagues.
The role holder will assess property transactions, network with industry professionals and prepare and present credit committee applications. He/she will also prepare loan drawdown's and loan offer documentation
Who we're looking for
The Real EstateRestructuring Officer will need to following skill set
• Banking knowledge with exposure to negotiating commercial transactions
• Knowledge of secured lending working on deals of £5mn+
• Experience in the credit process and exposure to working with clientsAbout our clientOur client is a well known player in the Commercial Banking in London. They have interests in several areas with notable assets in Commercial Real Estate
