Real Time Site Leader

Our client, a leading financial contact centre in Sunderland are looking to recruit a Real Time Site Leader to join there organisation.

The role will involve managing a team of Real time analyst to maximise inbound and outbound performance.
The main duties of the role are:
Ensuring OFCOM/FCA Compliance
Monitor, analyse and report on performance
Root cause analysis
Continuous improvement of key contact centre strategies
Manage intraday performance across inbound and outbound

The ideal candidate for this role needs to have:
Experience in working in a fast paced environment
Work Effectively with stakeholders
Good knowledge of people management practices and procedures
Excellent interpersonal skills
Detailed knowledge of contact centre technologies

The successful candidate will be required to pass a credit check.
