Receivable Products Manager (Transaction Banking)
Job Description
- Establishing solution based priorities for receivable product customers in ways that maximize performance for Transaction Banking.
- Interact with Sales Managers / Channels / SBIM/ Credit Analysts to understand segment specific market dynamics and behavior trends characteristics.
- Revamp and Realign existing features to add / modify product features towards maximizing product proposition and minimizing loss.
- Closely work on portfolio monitoring and analysis towards understanding segment specific trends
- Market Evaluation, Constant Competition Monitoring to keep abreast of Competition acquisition promotions activities
- Undertake advertising media planning efforts in collaboration with marketing services.
- Regular Competition Monitoring to keep abreast of Competitor activities
- Interface with other functions to determine process flows associated with new products/ promotions to maintain operational efficiency in product delivery.
- Design campaigns to maximize revenue and test cells to explore market opportunities.
- Evaluate program performance and incorporate learning for future programs.
- Responsible for identifying and managing compliance risks
- Responsible for undertaking the business monitoring and testing (i.e. checking the records, reviewing the transactions) and reporting findings, exceptions and results from such monitoring / testing activities.
- Must comply with all Group and Local compliance, Operational Risk Management and Anti-Money Laundering KYC requirements
- From time to time, to complete ah hoc tasks assigned by the line manager, deemed appropriate and necessary for the smooth functioning of the department.
Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
- Together with operations administrative departments, review improve on existing workflow and procedure, agreed on revised SLA, and assist operations and administrative department to meet the agreed service level
- Constantly monitor the product parameters and operate within the compliance guidelines set by group standard as well as local compliance.
- Monitor and observe product parameters in accordance with up to date KYC, according to country as well as existing bank's standard
- Coordinates among teams within Transaction Banking and distribution channels, and organize product training
- Together with Channel Marketing department to promote Product Solutions to our target customers/ audience
Selection Criteria:
- Minimum University graduates with at least 7 years of banking experience
- In-depth knowledge of Receivable product design and features especially in credit and trade products
- Good knowledge in sales, services, marketing, delivery channels, customer segments, banking processes operations, credit risks and compliance
- Experience with successful track records in product development and product launch
- Be a problem solver with flexibility, vision, resourcefulness and drive

- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Meticulous with excellent communication and listening skills
- Self-directed, team player with good interpersonal skills to deal with different stakeholders/ department
